Q: How long does it take until I receive my order?
A: It usually takes us no more than 48 hours to process your order and ship. Shipping times are based on the method of shipping you chose which is anywhere from next day to 3 days. So you can plan on having product in your hands within 3 to 5 business days after you have sent funds.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Western Union only

Q: Do you require a signature upon delivery?
A: No

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer two different shipping options for USA domestic shipped orders. Please contact us through the "Order Now" page for international shipping options. All USA domestic orders are packed with frozen gel packs when outside temps are consistantly above 80° F. We do not charge extra for cold shipping.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship USA domestic from various locations within the USA.

Q: Do you ship International?
A: We do not ship to Australia, New Zealand or Canada. International shipping is $50. We have a $500 min order on all orders sent outside of the USA. We will reship 1X for free if order is seized by Customs.
